Have a breakfast basket in the kitchen – with little cereal boxes, oatmeal, fruit, pastries, protein bars; juice & milk in the fridge – or even better, get up & make breakfast for your guests

Clean out the fridge

Give your guests a list of your home, cell and work phone numbers, and other key phone numbers

Show your guests how the washer & dryer works, and where the laundry soap and stain spray is

Communicate with your guests about your schedule, and interesting events they might attend
